Tell - A - Friend Referral Program

Our best form of advertising is word of mouth. There is nothing more beneficial to our marketing efforts than a satisfied client telling their family members and friends about our service.Therefore, we've created a way for satisfied clients to benefit from this. Our "Client Referral Program" rewards clients for referring prospective clients to our facility.

We currently have 3 "Client Referral Programs". These programs are offered during the first, second and third month each quarter. Clients receive whichever reward is offered during that incentive month.

Program 1: The 5 & 2 Referral Program
If a client provides us with a referral that results in a complimentary workout session, the client receives 5 free training sessions. In addition, if the referral becomes a new client then the referring client receives 2 additional training sessions. This program is held during the first month of every Quarter.

Program 2: The Spa Referral Program
If a client provides us with a referral that results in a complimentary workout session, the client receives 5 free training sessions. In addition, if the referral becomes a new client then the referring client receives the spa treatment of their choice. Treatments are available at Serenity (in Roslyn Heights) or in the convenience and privacy of your own home. This program is held during the second month of every Quarter.

Program 3: The Win A Free Quarter Referral Program
If a client provides us with a referral that results in a complimentary workout session, the client receives 5 free training sessions. In addition, if the referral becomes a new client then the referring client enters into a raffle to "Win A Free Quarter". This program is held during the third month of every Quarter.
